Academic Year 2025-2026 Fees
Our all-inclusive fees are clear and transparent, ensuring a straightforward understanding of the costs associated with your child’s education. Additional fees may be incurred for specific services, such as the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support Program, transportation, meals, uniforms, and any applicable miscellaneous charges. RD American School does not impose ongoing building or development fees. All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (S$).
New Students One-Time Fees
The following one-time fees apply to new students seeking admission to RD American School.

*The Application Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. For an application to be processed, the Application Fee must be paid in full upon submission of your child’s application.
**The Registration Fee will be billed upon acceptance into the School. Payment of the Registration Fee confirms a student's placement in the School.

*RD American School is offering Grades 1 to 3 in the Academic Year 2025-2026, starting on 20 August 2025. We are committed to growing with our students and will expand our grade offerings in subsequent years to ensure a continuous and seamless educational journey.
*Tuition fees are annual and do not include costs for uniforms, school lunches, transportation, school trips and any support programs, if applicable. You can find additional fees that may apply to you in the Miscellaneous Fees section. 
*Tuition fees are payable in 5 installments. For more details on the installment amounts and payment due dates, please refer to the Tuition Fees Payment Overview and Due Dates table.

Flourish Founding Family Discount 
We’re grateful to our founding families for their trust, and we're pleased to offer a S$5,000 Flourish Founding Family Discount for families enrolling their children for the 2025-2026 Academic Year. This applies to every child enrolled from August 2025 through June 2026 and extends for each wonderful year they stay with us.

*The Flourish Founding Family Discount applies to children who enroll in the 2025-2026 Academic Year (August 2025 through June 2026). The discount will also be extended for subsequent academic years as long as they remain enrolled with us.
*The discount does not apply to students or siblings of a Flourish Founding Family who enroll after the Academic Year 2025-2026 (e.g August 2026 or later). 
*The Flourish Founding Family Discount will be applied to the last installment of the Tuition Fees payment. Please refer to the Tuition Fees Payment Overview and Due Dates table below.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support Program Fees

The English as an Additional Language (EAL) Program is available for students who need additional support in developing their English proficiency. For those students identified by the School as requiring additional English language support, the EAL fees are mandatory and are in addition to the annual Tuition Fees.

*EAL Support Program fees, where applicable, are payable once the students are assessed and determined by RD American School that such support is required. The EAL programme fees are invoiced separately and are payable by the date outlined on your invoice. They may be pro-rated on a monthly basis when a new student commences their studies midway through the academic year.
Miscellanous Fees

Miscellaneous fees refer to the fees which the students shall pay, where applicable. Such fees are typically collected by RD American School or external service providers when the need arises. The list of miscellaneous expenses is an estimate only and does not purport to be comprehensive or exhaustive. Families will be advised of the actual amounts before collection.

Replacement for loss or damage of school equipment/device on loan
Depending on the age of the device and its replacement availability in the market, RD American School will charge a replacement cost up to its purchase price. If a device is no longer available on the market, 15% of the purchase value will be charged.
Convenience charge(s) where payment of fees is made via credit card
Payment using Credit/Debit Card systems (e.g., Visa, Master or Amex) will incur an additional administrative / processing fee up to 4%, levied by the payment processor/bank.
Proration of Fees

New students who start classes halfway through a semester may have their tuition fees and, if applicable, support program fees prorated on a monthly basis.
Students commencing classes in the middle of the month must pay the full tuition and support program fees (if applicable) for that month, including any vacation periods.

Late Payment

RD American School will impose a late payment fee on any fee payments that are not received by the due date indicated on the invoice.
A late payment fee of $500 will be charged for payments made after 7 days from the scheduled due date(s) for any outstanding amounts or stated on the invoices issued by RD American School.
For payments made after 14 days, a 1% monthly interest will be applied to any remaining outstanding invoice amounts.
